This policy explains what information may be processed when you use viralpulse.io, request an SEO demo or contact ViralPulse.
Information you choose to provide
When you contact us, you may provide your name, business details, website address, phone number and information about your SEO goals. Please do not send confidential credentials or sensitive personal information.
Demo buttons open WhatsApp, a third-party service operated by Meta. If you choose to send a message, WhatsApp and Meta process your account and message data under their own terms and privacy policies. ViralPulse receives the information contained in the conversation so we can respond to your inquiry.
Analytics and hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate page usage. We also use Histats visitor analytics (site account 4888533). These providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser, device, referring page, visited pages and approximate location. Their own privacy terms govern their processing.
How information is used
We use information to answer inquiries, prepare requested demonstrations, operate and secure the website, understand site performance, improve our services and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and sharing
Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, potential engagement, recordkeeping and legal requirements. Information may be handled by service providers that support hosting, analytics and communication, or disclosed when legally required.
